Natalia Navarro Galvis (born August 12, 1987) is a Colombian beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Señorita Colombia 2009 and placed in the Top 15 at Miss Universe 2010 as the only South American among the semifinalists.

Miss Universe 2010
As the official representative of her country to the 2010 Miss Universe pageant broadcast live from Las Vegas, Nevada on August 23, 2010, Navarro became one of the Top 15 semifinalists and the only South American contestant in the final, placing 12th overall.

Early life
Born in Barranquilla to parents Fuad Navarro and María Cecilia Galvis, Navarro is pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance at Florida International University in Miami and speaks English and Spanish.

Señorita Colombia 2009
Navarro, who stands 1.79 m (5 ft 10 1⁄2 in) tall, competed as the representative of Bolívar, one of 24 finalists in her country's national beauty pageant, Señorita Colombia 2009, broadcast live from Cartagena de Indias on November 16, 2009, where she obtained the Best Figure, Best Face and Miss Photogenic awards.

During the competition, Navarro placed first in swimsuit and evening gown, which allowed her to advance as one of the Top 5 finalists, eventually winning the national crown and the right to represent Colombia in Miss Universe 2010.

Cilou Annys (born 20 March 1991) is a Belgian beauty pageant contestant from Bruges who won Miss Belgium 2010 on 10 January 2010. She is also Miss West Flanders. Annys, the 80th Miss Belgium, accepted the crown from Zeynep Sever, Miss Belgium 2009.

Miss Universe 2010
She placed in the Top 15 at the Miss Universe 2010 pageant held on 23 August 2010 in Las Vegas, Nevada and competed in Miss World 2010 a few months later.

Personal life
The 18 year old brunette studies interpreting and translation (French and Spanish) at the "Hogeschool Gent" in Ghent.

Controversy
Annys caused controversy when she posed on the cover of P-Magazine, standing on the Belgian flag, with Flemish nationalist politician Bart De Wever pictured cutting her "Miss Belgium" sash.

Annys and the national committee of the Miss Belgium contest immediately issued a press release in which they apologized to anyone who may have been offended by this image. The letter of apology used various arguments to justify the picture, such as saying that Miss Belgium stood the flag "to show who resides on the Belgian territory".

One week later, Annys accepted the challenge of a French-speaking radio station, "Nostalgie", to trample the poster of Flemish separatist Bart De Wever while putting the Belgian flag on her shoulder.

Career
Campbell recently begun a stint as an entertainment reporter for TV station in Australia and is a now a boldfaced name in entertainment news circles, and arguably more famous than she might have been had she won the crown.

Miss Universe 2010
Jesinta placed as the 2nd runner-up at the Miss Universe 2010 pageant, only behind the eventual winner, Mexico's Ximena Navarrete, and the 1st runner-up Yendi Phillipps from Jamaica. Jesinta also won Miss Congeniality, becoming the second closest Miss Congeniality since Miss Universe 1955 Maribel Arrieta to winning Miss Universe. It was also the first time the Miss Congeniality winner places among the semi-finals since Miss Universe 1970.

Jesinta Campbell was crowned Miss Universe Australia 2010 after winning the pageant on June 17th 2010.

Jesinta is known for her down to earth charm and friendly personality. She is the quintessential Aussie beach girl growing up on the Gold Coast. Attending Aquinas College she was voted College Captain and was awarded the General Excellence Cup, senior drama award and a scholarship for Journalism at Bond University. During school Jesinta was heavily involved within the community, participating in charity events and volunteer work. She won a youth achievement award in 2008 for organising her own charity event “Walk for Water”, raising funds for a water stricken community.

After winning the runway section in a modelling competition in her final year of school, Jesinta deferred her Scholarship. Leaving home for Sydney she took the big leap into modelling at 17 years of age. Months later she was modelling in Shanghai on a two- month contract. Returning to Australia she continued to model throughout 2009. Her love for charities, public speaking and working with people sparked her interest to enter Miss Universe Australia 2010, she says “it was a great pathway for me to achieve my dreams.”

After winning Jesinta said she felt very honoured and privileged to be an ambassador for Australia. “I love my country and I am proud of being Australian. I encourage people to go after their dreams and I am living proof that if you set a goal, you can achieve it through hard work, determination and belief in yourself.”

Sonia Yesenia Cruz Ayala (born c. 1990) is a Salvadoran beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Nuestra Belleza El Salvador 2010 and represented her country in the 2010 Miss Universe pageant.

As the official representative of her country to the 2010 Miss Universe pageant broadcast live from Las Vegas, Nevada on August 23, Cruz participated as one of 83 delegates who vied for the crown of eventual winner, Ximena Navarrete of Mexico.

Miss Continente Americano 2010
After Miss Universe 2010, Cruz represented El Salvador in Miss Continente Americano 2010, held on September 18, 2010 in Guayaquil, Ecuador.

Early life
A resident of San Salvador, Cruz is pursuing a bachelor's degree in business management at Universidad Centroamericana "José Simeón Cañas" and will graduate in 2012.

Prior to her participation in Nuestra Belleza El Salvador, Cruz was elected queen of Fiestas Agustinas, a traditional Salvadoran festivity in memory of the Transfiguration of Jesus.

Cruz, who stands 1.73 m (5 ft 8 in) tall, competed as one of 15 finalists in her country's national beauty pageant, Nuestra Belleza El Salvador, held on June 25, 2010 at Telecorporación Salvadoreña studios in San Salvador, where she became the eventual winner of the title, gaining the right to represent El Salvador in Miss Universe 2010.
